- Our Dräger Class B live fire burn building uses LP gas instead of wood to simulate fire. Firefighters are confronted with real flames, heat, and restricted visibility. This allows our firefighters to train as realistically as possible.
- This burn building offers smoke simulation, windows, stairs, roof ventilation prop, and a moveable wall system with re-configurable wall panels that allow for flexible creation for different scenarios.
- Redundant safety devices for gas and temperature monitoring in accordance with NFPA standards and guidelines that controls the conditions in the fire rooms. If defined limits are exceeded or the emergency shut off switch is operated, the system is automatically switched off and forced ventilation is activated.
- This burn building is used to help teach basic fire behavior, tactics of deployment and extinguishing techniques.
