The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) has announced the opening of the 2024 Dam Safety, Flood Prevention and Protection Assistance Fund. This fund totals more than $10 million and is available for all eligible projects, $7 million of the fund is allocated for privately owned High Hazard Dams.
